EASYFREAK END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT Version: 2026-10-08 Licensor: Floyd Teixeira Raymer, a sole proprietor trading as AnimFray (stylized animFray). Acceptance and scope This agreement governs the EasyFreak software, CORE and PRO features, documentation and updates supplied under this agreement. It takes effect when you affirmatively accept it. Review it before installation or purchase. If you do not agree, do not install or use EasyFreak and contact the seller about any applicable cancellation or refund rights. An individual accepting for an organization must have authority to bind that organization. You must have legal capacity to accept; a minor's use requires an authorized adult or institution to accept and supervise the use as permitted by law. AnimFray supplies the software license and product support. Purchases through Polar are also subject to Polar's Checkout Buyer Terms: https://polar.sh/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. The EasyFreak Purchase, Subscription and Refund Terms describe the offers and billing arrangements. The Privacy Notice explains information handling; it does not create consent to unrelated marketing. Mandatory legal rights prevail over conflicting terms. 2. Authorized use AnimFray grants you a limited, nonexclusive license to install and use the supplied version of EasyFreak within your authorized plan. CORE is available without a paid PRO subscription. PRO features require a valid trial, paid subscription or express written sponsorship grant. You may use your authorized edition for personal, educational, professional, freelance and paid client work. A personal license describes one named user, not a restriction against commercial work. A personal PRO key is for one individual. A team subscription permits the purchased number of named seats. The buyer assigns seats through Polar; each user claims a seat and receives their own key. The buyer needs an assigned seat if they operate EasyFreak. A seat may be reassigned after the former user's authorization is revoked. People must not share a key or use one seat concurrently. Named seats are not floating, concurrent, unlimited-studio or shared-user licenses. Each PRO key permits one active workstation at a time. Deactivate the former workstation in EasyFreak or through the available Polar activation controls before activating another. Authorized installation and backup copies are permitted. Revoking a seat assignment or workstation activation does not reduce purchased quantity or cancel billing. Administrators must manage the subscription separately. Sponsored access exists only when expressly granted in writing and is limited to its specified recipients, seats, scope and term. It expires at the stated end without automatically becoming a paid subscription. These terms alone do not grant a school or project free PRO access. 3. Customer output You retain your rights in your animation, scenes, audio, renders and other project content. AnimFray does not acquire ownership merely because you use EasyFreak. You may deliver and use your output commercially. You are responsible for permissions for your input materials. Delivering output does not permit distributing EasyFreak; another person who operates the tool needs their own applicable license. 4. Ownership and restrictions EasyFreak is licensed, not sold. AnimFray and its licensors retain rights in the software, documentation and branding. Except as permitted here, by applicable law or by a component's own license, you must not redistribute, sell, sublicense, rent or provide shared access to the software; remove proprietary notices; bypass entitlement or activation controls; or modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the proprietary software. These restrictions do not override lawful interoperability, statutory exceptions or rights in third-party components. 5. Third-party components and Autodesk Maya Third-party components remain governed by their own licenses and notices. Those licenses control for their components if they conflict with this agreement. Autodesk Maya is obtained and licensed separately. EasyFreak is an independent product and is not endorsed or sponsored by Autodesk. Autodesk and Maya are trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. 6. Activation, connectivity and local records PRO uses online activation and periodic validation. Licensing sends credentials, a product-specific machine identifier, a workstation label and relevant software/system versions to the licensing service. Activation metadata is processed through Polar. Preferences, signed access tokens and agreement-acceptance records may be stored locally, as explained in the Privacy Notice. Offline PRO access lasts only until the expiry of the signed access token displayed by the installed build. Online validation is required to obtain or refresh that token. Its duration can be shorter than the standard offline window, including when a license has an earlier expiry. A subscription does not grant permanent offline access. Invalid, expired, revoked or unverifiable authorization can make PRO features unavailable. Revocation may reach an offline workstation only when it reconnects or its token expires. CORE remains available under its separate authorization. Do not rely on offline access to extend an expired or revoked entitlement. 7. Trials, subscriptions, cancellation and refunds Checkout identifies the applicable offer, trial, price, currency, taxes, billing period, first charge and automatic renewal. A trial that requires payment details converts to the chosen paid subscription unless canceled before charging. Cancel through your Polar customer portal or contact support@polar.sh. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the transaction terms; it does not automatically refund earlier charges. Uninstalling or deactivating EasyFreak does not cancel a subscription. Refunds and product remedies are governed by applicable law, Polar's applicable terms and any express written guarantee offered with the purchase. AnimFray does not provide an additional unconditional money-back guarantee. This does not restrict mandatory remedies, cancellation or withdrawal rights. Compatibility, updates and support Use the operating systems and Maya versions supported by the actual downloaded release. A development target or roadmap is not a promise that a release or feature is available. Features may evolve through updates; material changes affecting a prepaid commitment remain subject to applicable law and the terms accepted at purchase. No perpetual updates, guaranteed response time, service level or custom development is included unless separately agreed in writing. Save your work and keep backups before modifying production scenes or updating software. Beta, Alpha and preview releases may contain errors and are not warranted to be suitable for critical production work. 9. Warranties and liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyFreak is supplied "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. AnimFray does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, AnimFray is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits or data. Subject to the following exceptions, AnimFray's aggregate liability arising from EasyFreak will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid for EasyFreak during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or removes mandatory consumer warranties, refunds or remedies. Where a restriction is prohibited, it applies only to the lawful extent. 10. Suspension and termination AnimFray may suspend or terminate the affected authorization for material breach. For a remediable breach, AnimFray will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. Immediate action may be necessary for fraud, unlawful conduct or a material security threat. This does not permit arbitrary forfeiture of paid access or removal of mandatory remedies. After termination, stop using the software under the terminated authorization. Ownership of your output and a separate valid CORE authorization are unaffected. 11. Changes and general terms Material changes will be communicated before they apply, with acceptance requested where required. Updated terms do not retroactively remove accrued rights or alter a prepaid commitment without lawful authorization. Keep the terms supplied with your purchase. California law governs, subject to mandatory protections and rights to bring claims in a consumer's home jurisdiction. This agreement creates no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a continuing waiver.
