ANIMFRAY / EASYFREAK PRIVACY NOTICE Version: 2026-10-08 Effective date: October 8, 2026 Operator: Floyd Teixeira Raymer, a sole proprietor trading as AnimFray (stylized animFray). Privacy contact: support@animfray.com | https://animfray.com 1. Scope This notice covers AnimFray's website, EasyFreak downloads, updates, licensing and support. Polar operates its checkout and customer portal under its own terms and privacy policy: https://polar.sh/legal/privacy-policy. This notice describes AnimFray's handling and does not replace providers' separate notices. 2. Information and purposes Licensing: activation sends your license key, a product-specific machine identifier and identifier version, a workstation label, operating-system information, and EasyFreak/Maya version information. Refresh and deactivation send the information needed for those operations. We use it to validate entitlements, associate activations with workstations, administer named seats, prevent misuse and diagnose failures. Workstation labels can include computer names. Machine identifiers and hashes can be identifiable when linked to an account; they are not described as anonymous. Purchases and accounts: Polar handles checkout and billing. Purchase administration can make customer contact/billing information, customer and order identifiers, purchased products, quantities, amounts, subscription/trial status and license/seat records available to AnimFray. Licensing uses customer/license identifiers, activation records, entitlement status and related account information. We use these records for delivery, licensing, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Enter payment details only in the checkout provided by Polar; never send card numbers or passwords to AnimFray support. Support: information you submit includes your written report, optional name/reply email, request identifier, error references and relevant software/system versions. You can review an in-app report before sending it. The standard report does not automatically attach a Maya scene or full license key. Anything you type or deliberately attach may be included. Do not submit confidential client material, credentials or unnecessary personal information. Sending through your own email application also involves your email provider. Website, downloads, updates and security: hosts receive IP addresses, browser/request details, requested URLs and timestamps. Hosting access, security and error records help operate the site, prevent abuse and diagnose failures. Licensing diagnostics record limited processing stages and statuses. Support duplicate-prevention and rate-limit state uses hashed request/content/IP information and timestamps; its state file does not store the report body or contact details. Local storage: EasyFreak stores preferences, licensing state, signed tokens and diagnostics on your workstation. Installer acceptance records may include the accepted agreement text, its hash, tool version and acceptance time. These local records are not automatically uploaded merely because installation occurs. Normal updates preserve user data. Local deletion does not delete Polar, support or hosting records, and uninstalling does not cancel billing. 3. Providers and disclosures Bluehost provides website/server hosting. Polar provides checkout, subscription/customer-portal functions and license benefits; its payment processors handle payment processing. Email-delivery and mailbox providers process support correspondence. The licensing service forwards a hashed machine identifier and workstation label to Polar as activation metadata. A team administrator can manage assigned members and seat status; do not assume team account activity is private from that administrator. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to address fraud or security incidents, protect legal rights or resolve disputes. If business assets are transferred, relevant records may transfer subject to applicable law and notice requirements. We do not authorize use of information submitted for licensing or technical support to send unrelated marketing without the permission required by law. AnimFray does not sell licensing or technical-support information or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This statement does not replace Polar's separate disclosures about its own services. If our practices materially change, notice and any legally required choices will be provided before the change applies. 4. Browser technologies and third-party services The website uses scripts and media for navigation, presentation and video playback. Pages offering embedded Polar checkout can load its integration through jsDelivr and open Polar services. Those providers receive request information and can use their own cookies or similar technologies, including collecting activity over time and across websites under their policies. External checkout, account and linked services operate under their separate notices, including Polar's disclosures about analytics and advertising. AnimFray's current site does not implement a special response to browser Do Not Track signals. Do Not Track is different from Global Privacy Control. Where an applicable law requires honoring a recognized opt-out signal, that requirement governs. Browser settings can limit cookies or third-party requests, although checkout or other functions may be affected. Contact support@animfray.com about tracking, advertising or privacy choices; a third-party checkout's choices must also be managed with that provider. We do not describe all third-party processing as tracking-free or anonymous. 5. Retention License and activation records are retained while needed to provide or verify access, manage activations, investigate misuse and resolve related disputes. Purchase and accounting records are retained for the applicable tax, accounting and legal recordkeeping requirements. Polar controls its own retention under its policy. Support correspondence is retained while an issue is active and as reasonably needed for follow-up, recurring problems, warranties or disputes. The support service's duplicate-prevention/rate-limit entries have a 24-hour retention window; expired entries are pruned when the service next processes requests. Hosting access/error/security records and backups follow the provider's operational retention and any necessary incident or legal hold. The 24-hour limit does not apply to delivered support email, hosting logs or billing records. Local records remain until removed through the applicable application controls or local data removal. Records needed for an active legal obligation, security investigation or dispute may be retained longer. Deletion from a working system need not immediately remove isolated backups; retained backup records remain subject to protection and normal replacement processes. 6. Requests and choices Email support@animfray.com to ask what AnimFray holds or request access, correction, deletion or an applicable privacy opt-out. We may request proportionate verification and retain information where legally permitted or required. Do not send identity documents or credentials unless a necessary, secure verification process is specifically arranged. Contact Polar separately for its account, payment and privacy records. Rights depend on applicable law. Where available, you may request portability, restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent for consent-based processing or complain to the relevant privacy authority. We will handle requests and any required appeal within applicable legal requirements. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing. We will not penalize exercise of legally protected rights; deletion of information needed for a requested service can prevent us from providing that service. 7. International handling and security AnimFray operates in California, United States. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Applicable data-protection and transfer requirements remain relevant; use of the website alone is not blanket consent to otherwise unlawful transfers. Contact the privacy address for information about handling relevant to your location. Where applicable law requires a lawful basis, processing necessary to deliver the requested license and support is based on performance of the agreement; mandatory recordkeeping is based on the relevant legal obligation; proportionate security, misuse prevention and service diagnostics are based on legitimate interests in protecting and maintaining the service, subject to the individual's rights. Processing requiring consent uses the separately obtained consent, which can be withdrawn as described above. Merely accepting the EULA is not consent to unrelated processing. We use safeguards appropriate to the services, including encrypted network connections and restricted server credentials. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Protect your own account, key and workstation and report suspected misuse promptly. 8. Children and educational use EasyFreak is intended for animation users and professional/educational workflows, not to solicit personal information from children under 13. Children under 13 should not send support reports or create purchasing/licensing accounts. Contact us if a child supplied information so we can investigate and take appropriate action. An educational institution must arrange age-appropriate access and any legally required permissions before using student information; sponsorship does not itself create permission to collect children's data. 9. Changes An updated notice will display a new version/date with the applicable release or on the website. Material changes affecting existing users will receive additional notice through the website, product notice or available account contact where required, and additional consent will be obtained where legally necessary. Contact support@animfray.com with privacy questions.
